Terms And Conditions
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”) before you download our mobile application, use, visit and/or access any part of our website and/or any sub-domain, website (the “Website”), and/or registering an account on the Website operated by STOTSENBERG LEISURE PARK & HOTEL CORPORATION, doing business as CASINO PLUS (hereafter “Licensee”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading mobile application, using, visiting and/or accessing any part of our website and/or any sub-domain, website (the “Website”) and/or registering an account on the Website, the Player is considered to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy and any other rules applicable to our gaming products available on the Website (together the "Terms"), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.
The Licensee reserves the right to amend, modify or introduce changes on the Terms from time to time, whenever necessary, without prior notice to or consent of the user.
1. Player Confirmation
By registering in our website or via our mobile application, you confirm and affirm:
- That you are not among those who are unauthorized to gamble, such as:
- Government official connected directly with the operations of the Government or any of its agencies;
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or Philippine National Police;
- Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines; and
- Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of public officials, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or Philippine National Police, and PAGCOR officials and employees.
- That you are not a Gaming Employment License (GEL) holder.
- That you were not diagnosed to have Compulsive Gambling Disorder, nor registered as a Self-Excluded Player in accordance with the guidelines set by PAGCOR.
2. Account Registration
- New players may either personally register onsite or through remote/online registration.
- Subject to existing PAGCOR rules and regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and other related rules and regulations, you shall only be allowed to register upon complete provision of the mandatory information and submission of at least one (1) valid government-issued identification (ID) card.
- You are allowed to register only one (1) Online Platform Account.
- You are to provide the mandatory information, as follows:
- Full Name, as it appears on the ID presented
- Date of Birth, as it appears on the ID presented
- Contact Information
- Place of Birth
- Current Address
- Permanent Address
- Nationality
- Nature of Work
- Source of Income
- Latest Photo
- One (1) valid government-issued ID
- To confirm your identity and authenticate the provided information and ID, you must participate in a video call and provide a recent photo of yourself holding your ID (selfie with ID).
- Once you have registered, you shall be responsible for any and all activities on your account. You shall not allow any other person or entity to access or use your account.
- You must provide your information (i.e., full name, date of birth, and contact information) and complete the full Know Your Customer (KYC) and identification verification process within seven (7) days from registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. "No complete KYC, no withdrawal" shall be strictly observed.
- In the event that you fail to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement within seven (7) days from notification from our Customer Service Team, any funds in your account shall be automatically forfeited in favor of the Government without the need of notifying you.
- You understand that your utilization of the Licensee’s services is purely voluntary.
- You agree and understand that you shall solely bear all the risks, including the risk of loss caused by using our services.
- You shall keep and secure your account credentials properly, including your password, and must not allow any other person or entity to use or have access to them. In case you forget or lose your password, you may request assistance from our Customer Service Team to recover the same, subject to our investigation/verification process.
- You shall not, in anyway, attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper our gaming application.
3. Use of the Remote Gaming Platform
- You may access the Licensee’s Remote Gaming Platform (RGP) using any mobile device or desktop.
- Your account can only be used on one (1) device at a time. Multiple log-ins will result in session termination on other devices.
- Your account is exclusively for gaming purposes only.
4. Account Funding / Withdrawal
It is understood that in order to play on our Remote Gaming Platform (RGP), you are required to have sufficient funds in your account.
- You may deposit funds into your online account through several online payment methods authorized by the Licensee and AMLC-compliant channels and accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
- You are required to make an initial deposit of at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00), upon registration in accordance with PAGCOR’s Regulatory Framework.
- You fully agree that certain personal information (including specific information about payment method) must be provided to the Licensee for confirmation when using its services. In this regard, the Licensee ensures that it will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and other relevant issuances with respect to the confidentiality of the player’s financial information and personal data.
- Applicable taxes and fees arising from game winnings shall be for the sole account of the player, including necessary bank charges.
- Licensee does not guarantee real time posting of deposits or withdrawals as the same is subject to separate processing policies, procedures and turn-around-time of our partner financial institutions.
- Fund sharing or “pasaload” between players shall be strictly prohibited.
- PAGCOR shall not be liable for any costs that may be incurred in processing player’s funding and withdrawal requests.
5. Game Selection
- Players can select games from the CASINO PLUS platform, and join available games with minimum and maximum bets.
- Should a player be disconnected from the CASINO PLUS platform after successfully placing his/her bet, the same shall be considered as a valid bet and the game will continue despite disconnection. Crediting to and debiting from the player’s account shall be in accordance with the results of the game.
6. Liability
You acknowledge and agree that Licensee shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by you due to your fault or negligence, or of third parties. Licensee shall not be liable if the latter is unable to complete any funding instructions initiated by you for any reason or cause beyond the control of Licensee, including but not limited to:
- Insufficiency of your funds;
- Withdrawal exceeding the transactional limit set for your account;
- System maintenance or system downtime;
- Unforeseeable events such as but not limited to fire, flood, system breakdown, technical bugs, and the like, or events, though foreseen, that may have prevented Licensee the proper implementation of the funding transaction, despite the precautions undertaken by the Licensee.
7.Changes to Terms and Conditions
Licensee reserves the right to amend, change or modify the Terms of Use of CASINO PLUS Platform at any time, subject to prior approval from PAGCOR, without the need of prior notice to or consent from you.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated in any of the following case(s):
- You have violated any of the provisions of the Terms of Use, such as but not limited to completing Licensee’s “Know Your Customer” procedure;
- You are a person banned from gaming as per the National Database for Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- You are found to be using multiple or alternate accounts;
- You have been abusing our promotional guidelines;
- You are below twenty-one (21) years old and/or is among banned personalities;
- You are found to have or are using bot software;
- You are not using your account for gameplay and/or your account has been used for transactions that are suspicious, subject to further investigation based on the exclusive and absolute discretion of the Licensee;
- You deposit, withdraw and/or transfer to and from a payment/banking channel other than your registered payment/bank account, subject to further investigation by Licensee.
- In case you terminate your account, the remaining balance in your account shall be returned to you.
- If your account is terminated due to any violation of the provisions outlined in these Terms of Use, including violation related to winnings, your remaining balance, including the last bet preceding the winnings, will be forfeited in favor of the Government.
